Materials & Processes

Material and process capabilities cover multiple categories:

Solid Wood: Red oak, white oak, maple, pine, rubberwood, reclaimed wood, etc., with strict moisture control at 8–12% and multiple rounds of drying and stabilization treatments.

Panel Materials: MDF, particleboard, veneered panels, melamine-faced boards, etc.

Process Capabilities: CNC precision machining, multi-axis milling, laminating, edge banding, sanding sequences, water-based / UV / NC / PU coating, mirror plating, and more.
