Solid Wood Furniture Designer

Job Description

  • Product Appearance and Structural Designer, responsible for designing products such as American, European, and Chinese-style furniture (currently focused on dining tables and chairs).
  • Capable of independently completing furniture appearance design tasks, preparing design drawings, and developing surface material and color schemes, among other related work.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in 2D and 3D design software (Photoshop, Rhino, CAD, Pro/E, etc.).
  • Familiar with various materials and processing techniques in the furniture industry, with the ability to roughly estimate costs.

Job Description

  • Responsible for internal safety audits and inspections.
  • Organize and conduct safety training to enhance employees’ safety awareness and skills, and ensure knowledge of accident handling procedures.
  • Oversee safety checks and patrols during production, promptly reporting any hazards.
  • Organize emergency drills and manage accident emergency response effectively.

Qualifications

  • Possess relevant safety work experience and be familiar with national safety management laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Good at thinking critically and solving problems, with basic data collection and analysis skills.
  • Strong sense of principles.

Job Description

  • Responsible for 100% inspection of finished products after painting.
  • Record and issue quality inspection reports for each batch, and input the data into the computer-based quality traceability system.
  • Promptly report any quality issues detected.

Qualifications

  • Possess knowledge of solid wood furniture manufacturing processes.
  • Familiar with quality inspection procedures and standards.
  • Have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in furniture quality inspection is preferred.

Job Description

  • Responsible for painting and color touch-up of solid wood furniture.
  • Ensure paint quality and color meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain proper operation of painting equipment.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in painting and color touch-up skills for solid wood furniture.
  • Follow work procedures and ensure a safe working environment.

Job Description

  • Responsible for operating high-frequency panel joining machines for solid wood furniture, ensuring smooth production processes.
  • Strictly follow operating procedures to maintain product quality.
  • Perform daily maintenance of equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
  • Coordinate with the production schedule to complete assigned production tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operating high-frequency panel joining machines for solid wood furniture.
  • Familiar with solid wood furniture production processes and quality standards.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

Job Description

  • Perform CNC machine programming, debugging, machining, and process optimization.
  • Develop CNC programs to achieve automated machining while ensuring product quality.
  • Monitor equipment operation and carry out daily maintenance of CNC machines.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in the production process and provide improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in CNC programming and operation, familiar with the use and setup of CNC machines for wooden and panel furniture.
  • Proficient in commonly used CNC programming software and machine operation techniques.
  • Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of material processing techniques.
  • Fresh graduates with a major in Mechanical Automation are also eligible for this position.

Job Description

  • Maintain and service workshop equipment, and repair any mechanical failures that occur.
  • Assist the workshop with equipment installation, upgrades, and related projects.

Qualifications

  • Technical secondary school diploma or above, majoring in Mechanical Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in the furniture industry is preferred.
  • This position is also open to recent graduates in Mechanical Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related majors.
