Recently, details of the Intelligent Production Technical Transformation Project for solid wood furniture in Jiaozhou were disclosed. The project is constructed by Qingdao Shousheng Industry Co., Ltd., with a construction period of one month. It is located in the Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Park, Jiaodong Sub-district Office.
To the east of the plant site, from north to south, are Qingdao Jinrihui International Trade Co., Ltd., Qingdao Xinbolai Construction & Trade Co., Ltd., and Qingdao Kaizun Headwear Co., Ltd. To the south is the industrial park road; across the road from east to west are Qingdao Chenglong International Warehousing & Logistics Co., Ltd., vacant factory buildings, and Jiaozhou Jiecheng Washing Plant. To the west is the industrial park road; across the road from north to south are vehicle charging piles, Qingdao Hongyang Parking Management Co., Ltd., vacant factory buildings, and Qingdao Jianke Air Duct Factory. To the north is the industrial park road; across the road from east to west are Qingdao Changjin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., vacant land, and Qingdao Shimu Wood Industry Co., Ltd. Banyao New Village is located 440 meters southeast of the project site.
The technical transformation project has an annual production capacity of 600,000 sets of solid wood beds, dining tables, and chairs. This includes 110,000 sets of solid wood beds (50,000 sets with roller-coated UV paint, 60,000 sets with sprayed water-based paint), 190,000 sets of solid wood dining tables (all water-based paint), and 300,000 sets of solid wood chairs (40,000 sets with sprayed PU paint, 260,000 sets with sprayed water-based paint).
